Prasad comes with an experience of more than a decade in the venture capital ecosystem, right from setting up funds to facilitating investments and enabling exits. Having worked with other founders and investors, Prasad understands the ethos, pathos, and logos involved in making sure that founders, start-ups and the relevant stakeholders find the best outcome.
He is responsible for the legal and regulatory functions at the Firm and strongly believes in acting as a catalyst to let the business grow and prosper.
Journey
Prasad is a graduate of Bangalore University. He was recognised in the Forbes 2020 Legal Powerlist, and was most recently listed by Business Today for being amongst the Top 10 venture capital lawyers elevating India's start-up ecosystem in 2023. He started his career at Nishith Desai Associates, before working with Khaitan & Co., and was most recently a partner with Rajaram Legal.
He is a marathoner, an avid Chelsea FC fan, and a bibliophile.
